Instructions for using hydraulic jacks

Instructions for using hydraulic jacks:

1. Before lifting a car, the top surface should be wiped clean, the hydraulic switch should be tightened, the jack should be placed at the lower part of the lifted part, and the jack should be perpendicular to the heavy object (car) to prevent the jack from slipping out and causing accidents;

2. Rotate the top screw to change the original distance between the top surface of the jack and the car, so that the lifting height meets the required lifting height of the car;

3. Use hand angle wooden pads to block the front and rear wheels of the car when it touches the ground, in order to prevent the car from slipping during the lifting process;

4. Press the handle of the jack up and down with your hand, and gradually raise the lifted car to a certain height. Place the person on the car bench under the frame;

5. Slowly loosen the hydraulic switch to lower the car slowly and smoothly, and place it firmly on the bench.

Hydraulic Jacks

The primary maintenance item when operating a hydraulic jack is to ensure that the bottom is firmly and smoothly padded. It is recommended to use a tough wooden board without oil stains to increase the pressure bearing area and ensure safety. Do not use iron plates to avoid sliding accidents.

During the lifting process, it is essential to maintain stability. Once the heavy object is slightly lifted, it is necessary to check if the equipment is functioning properly and continue to rise only after there are no abnormalities. Do not arbitrarily lengthen the handle or operate it too violently to prevent accidental damage.

When using, it is necessary to follow the load limit. When the sleeve shows a red warning line, it means that the rated height of the equipment has been reached, and the lifting should be stopped immediately to avoid overload and over height operation.

If multiple hydraulic jacks are working simultaneously, there must be a dedicated person to command and ensure that the lifting or lowering actions of all equipment are synchronized. At the same time, supporting wooden blocks should be set up between adjacent devices to maintain appropriate spacing and prevent instability caused by sliding.

Hydraulic Jacks

The sealing components and pipe joints of hydraulic jacks are critical parts that must be closely monitored during use to ensure their integrity and reliability, in order to prevent leakage or damage.

Finally, special attention should be paid to the applicable environment of hydraulic jacks. They are not suitable for places with acidic, alkaline, or corrosive gases to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
